rss marquee mod

I was wondering if I can have a mod that would add a marquee scroller of an RSS feed. I use a News script and it generates rss feeds...

If you don't think it's that hard, perhaps you can take a stab at it and if there are problems, post your code and we can tell you where you are going wrong. I'd post that in the Programming Discussions forum though.
