i want to know how can i change my post bit template to a other view?
i want to change post bit like this(Sorry for my bad english)

You mean you want the login box in the upper right corner (which is also what this site does)?

I don't know that I have ever seen an actual mod written for that. It would be at least a template edit. It's a matter of moving the login form/welcome headers as a group into the header template and moving the banner over. You can probably look in the html on this site and see exactly where it gets moved. I did a quick search here but didn't see it actually spelled out how to move it.
