Problems adding additional pages

Hey,

I'm having an issue. I have a webmaster forum and thought it would be excellent if I could add extra pages on the forum for things like PR checkers, etc.
For example:
http://www.seomodz.com/wt_link.php

Is there an easy code to be able to do this, or how do I go about adding this?
