Adding number of threads started by each member to memberlist display

Hi,

I would like to add a new column in the member list displayed by memberlist.php

This column should show the number of threads started by each person and should also be sortable. I found this module : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=124580
This is for custom profile fields. Can I use the same for adding the number of threads started by each person?

Is there another workaround for this without using the module?
