Duplicate Post Bug

I was wondering if someone can help with this. If I do a quick post on a tread I've previously posted too I get an error stating that I've done a duplicate post even though it wasn't. I'm not sure if this is a bug from the 3.6.9 upgrade I preformed about a week ago... if someone can help this that would be GR8?

PS. this bug applies to everyone else on my forum also!

Try disabling your modifications and see if you still have this problem.

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

I have been getting this since upgrading from beta 6 to rc 2. Waiting for it to go gold before I upgeade again, hoping it fixes it.

If Lynne's suggestion doesn't work, I suggest you try posting in the 'bug tracker' over at vbulletin.com. The devs may be able to give you more of an insight as to why this is happening.

Well I did the mode disabling and the quick post worked just fine so it has to be one of my hacks i installed... thanks again for help!
