working warning system

Hey there. I have a customized 3.6.8 theme and as seems to be the case with many themes, the built-in infraction system does not work. Also, the Advanced Warning System mod no longer works without sending a million php error emails to my inbox everyday. Does anyone know of a functional warning system for 3.6.8 or know of a way for me to get either of these working? Thanks in advance!

You will need to ask the author of the style to correct the style. To be honest with you, the only styles that don't work correctly are probably ones made for 3.5.x that are used on 3.6.x and ones that have not made the mandantory changes as outlined in release threads.
