How can I set a limit - the maximum - number of posts members can place in a day?
I want to ensure some members aren't "taking over" the forum, and changing the direction all the threads are going in. It seems some members don't get a chance to move the thread in the direction they want because of a few members who post like mad.

LOL, I'd like to have that kind of member in my forum, I wouldn't complain. :D

my forum isn't about quantity of posts, it's about quality. With someone hijacking threads, it's a real bother to other members.

Something like this? Throttle Posts/Threads (restrict number of posts/threads by usergroup/forum by time) (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=131014&highlight=number)
