How do I make my forum like this...

Well I asked this previously, and someone said it would be easy with the newest vBulletin version. I've now updated and hopefully I can make this work. I want to make my forum layout to be set along the lines of this site.

All of the new function has to be added at the end of the functions_forumlist.php file right before <?

No...It does work, you need to install another mod to do the icons.
