It should come up
But i have to type
domain.com/forum/index.php
for mine to display
How can i get it to show when people just type

Make sure there is no index.HTML in your root.

You don't have permission to access /forum/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Check your .htaccess files. Also, you may also need to add a index file directive.

Is the webserver configured correctly to allow index.php as a default pagename?
