anyone know how to set up spf records.

Most my mail seems to be getting sent to junk boxes, and setting up a spf record should help right?

add the record to your dns file or setup the spf record itself?

list your domains and the servers that are ok to send mail as you and ill write one

whats the servers hostname?

im assuming mail.defenderhosting.com

Paste this in each domain record changing the domain of course:

seovb.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:mail.defenderhosting.com ~all"

we'll see how that works, i just changed the host name to match mine though host.seovb.com :D

if you did that then u need to add the hostname in the other records to what it is now.

fallrivertalks.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:host.seovb.com ~all"

the EHLO/HELO answer is going to be host.seovb.com so that is needed or it will fail at the basic EHLO

most RBLs use that basic function to blacklist ips
