help me ban this member

Hi

I have this member that keeps signing up after being banned. He is on dialup and his IP is different everytime he reaches the site, so I can't do anything to prevent new registration.

What would you do?
:erm:

Banning a range of IPs would impair other people from the same region to reach the site.
Is there a way to set a cookie on his computer that would disable him to view my forum?
Or what other ideas do you have?

Something else you can do, if you don't want to install a mod, is to use the 'Tachy Goes to Coventry' function in your VB Options under User Banning Options.:up::D
