First of all ask yourself why you got suspended...with regards to how you are posting...

Second of all, in all SHOWTHREAD pages, it is displayed at the bottom.

Here is an example of mine..attached. It's a default feature that is turned on.

Maybe you give us a link to your forum and we can see what is really happening.

You need to be more specific next time. It's useless if you don't give necessary details from the start. Contact one of the Admins of the vb.org forum since I believe they custom-wrote the script. You can try Princeton (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=925) for example.

The script used on vBulletin.org is not released, and probably never will be. You will either need to code it yourself, or have someone do it for you.
