Google Picture ads?

where do I get ads like this?

Because i don't see any ads like this on google AdSense but it says its a google ad. Or where can I get some attractive looking ads like it?

When you login to google and pick your ads choose the correct ad you would like. They have text only and images.

Okay, now I have them and they wont show up... shouldn't they work in modules?

Can you not put ads in modules on Vbadvanced?
