Constant MySQL Error

So I keep getting this MySQL error.

Database error in vBulletin :

I notice the only sites ips that encounter this are search engines MSN Live and Google. Any reason why this happens?

Basically, the error says that the script can't connect to MySQL.

Hi,
I used to get this error a lot when I was on a shared service for hosting. When I moved host it stopped.
