How can I put an Admin Icon under my avatar?

I see so many forums with cute icons under there avatars for Admin, Moderators and Members. How can I do this or can you provide me a link to read how to?

ACP > User Ranks > Add New User Rank

set the group to Admin and set minimum posts to 0. Save..then update user titles and ranks to refresh the site..

go to User Ranks > User Rank Manager > update user titles and ranks
