Impex - SMF users

OK ive imported all my users and member groups but after importing, all my members are in a usergroup called imported users.

I still have all my newbiew, juniour member groups ect....

But they are all empty. The users dont seem to be working either, it says passwords are incorrect.

All users imported ok though?

any ideas?, something else i should do?

Followed the guide, and deleted imported users.

There now all in registered users, and still cannot log into any of the test accounts. This will cause big problems if i were to swithc to vb just now.

Theres over 5000 members, so i cant afford to not have this working.

Any ideas why they will not be added to newbie, junior member ect....

and why i cant log in on any test accounts?

Ok its now showing as...

Threads: 5,115, Posts: 30,355, Members: 0, Active Members: 0

Saying i have no members, yet registered members shows 5000 :confused::

I suggest you open a support ticket regarding this. Without looking into your settings/database it is not possible to guess what step you missed or what is causing this problem.
