Here is a rank set that works Great on darker themes.

These are just The ones that I use, But the PSD is included so you can easily change colors/titles to suit your board.

Go to your Admincp -> Userranks
Add or edit ranks, there you can specify the URL to the graphics which you should upload to your /images/ranks/-directory.
