AdminAddict is a webmaster (forum administrator) website that Daniel (Lpspider) and I have been working on for quite some time.

We have been trying to put on the finishing touches before we really get to adding content to the site and heavily posting on the forum. As a matter of fact, we haven't really officially started advertising yet. We have a nice contest planned for the real "Grand Opening".

That said, some feedback on the visual appearance, navigation, forum layout, and other stuff like that would be greatly appreciated. And if you have hacks in mind that would fit our forum well (although waiting for vBulletin 3.7 to go stable), please do tell.

The following is a post I made on vBulletin.com. I figured I'd throw it into this thread. It's basically the same thing, but with a little more info about the site itself, rather than the forum. It's powered entirely off WordPress and nicely integrated into the forum with the matching custom theme. I know it is far from perfect, but that is why I'm asking for feedback. Unfortunately we haven't really added as many articles and blog posts and we planned on yet, but I'm looking more for feedback on the overall look and navigation, rather than the content.

What do you think of the pages, tabs, and sub-tabs? We're not really sure how we're going to list all the pages once the sub-tabs start filling in. For example, when you click the tutorial tab (www.AdminAddict.com/tutorials) you will see more links underneath it, the sub-tabs, that bring you to the actual article. To fill in the space we've added a short paragraph of what you will find in the selected tab, before proceeding to an article.

Also, we've decided to have the inner sidebar relate to the articles and blog posts. The one on the right is more general-site related with ads, links, and it also (kind of) matches the one on the forum.

I assumed the link to the tutorial page would be fine. Edited the post.

I say your putting ads on your site to early. I am going to wait (and promised) that i would wait to about 500 members.

We have the vBulletin banners to fill in the spots. They are not paid ads though.

the navigation bar on the right. Are the forums manually listed/written or generated ?

Something's up with your left side setup.

Yeah, that's a problem we have with Internet Explorer.

I'm trying to fix that as quickly as possible with no luck.

Change the default vbulletin icons at the bottom of the site. (Near who's online, etc.)
