Members complaining that can't change email ?

Hello,

I have some users complaining they can't change their email.
When they click on the user control panel the link "change email and password", they only can see the change password field. The email is now visible.
I have double checked and in admincp, i have selected "can edit profile" in their usergroup (Users waiting email confirmation).

What could be the reason for this?

That won't help. Users waiting email confirmation are folks waiting for emails to be sent to them for verification to activate their accounts. You need to change the settings of the Registered Users. :)

Are you using a custom skin or have edited template?

They should be able to change their email or password while still in that usergroup, you've also verified that the option is set in the usergroup, so this sounds like a skin/template issue if that isnt viewable by them.

@Bradley, sorry but that is a option for them to change their emails while still in that usergroup as long as you set the option for "can edit profile" to yes.
