Hy All,

i have a pretty big problem with my vbulletin 3.6.9 with database migrated from snitz (mysql).

If a visitor, or a registered user, try to connect to certain link obtain this message:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

For example, try to connect to:
http://www.ilbraccoitaliano.net/forum/member.php?u=1517&langid=1

and it happens also for registered user, for example in subscription list, my folder etc..

The same error message if a visitor try to read a thread in a forum only for registered, instead of an error as " you can see this page because you have to registered"
i obtain again:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

this is totaly crazy!!

i made a mistake the first day of my forum, i did not configure correctly the group and all my user groups had the "banned YES" in profile. Now i corrected all my groups and they have BANNED NO in profile.

Can someone help me?

many thanx

Check your Usergroup permissions and make sure that "This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group" is set to 'Yes' for the groups that you do NOT want banned.

10x for your reply

Sure, is what i checked..
all my user group are set in this way, but i still have the same error.. :(

When i started vbulletin forum (last week) i had all my user group set as Banned, but now i changed this setting.

The strange is that all my moderators are present in banned list..

Unbeliveble!!
i found the problem..
my vbulletin is translated in italian by the italian vbul comunity...

well...

the translation of IS NOT A BANNED GROUP is exactly the opposite!!!!
