pm msg to new members

hello...guys i need help i want to put pm to new members who register to get the msg to welcome them in our furom who can i do that once someone register he get that pm thanks in advance

Go to Vbulletin Options in the AdminCP, then go to User Registraion options, and put the username into the "Welcome PM" field.
