My Time is screwed up

I have the time correct in WHM and also the correct region chosen in VB but it shows it 4 hours ahead?

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

When you registered the board at start up...the board times and your user times were synched...So you just have to change it in your UserCP to reflect the changes...but other visitors would see the new time zone you set for the board. :)
