Banned? why?

When a visitor try to read a topic in a forum that is restriced to registered user, or try to use a function that he is not able to use, receive this message from vbulletin:

vBulletin Message

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never


why??
is non sense, isnt it?

As you just imported from snitz to vb, follow the recommendations from your other post, make sure you removed the importids from the import as well, make sure all the imported users are moved to the registered group and update your counters thru the admincp maintenance section.

I dont understand how to "make sure you removed the import ids from the import.."

When you ran Impex and it finished importing the info, there is a option to remove the importids, that should be done automatically, but i typically run it myself regardless after a import using impex.

I can not run Impex again.. how can i check if this importid is cancelled?

i moved all my "IMPORTED USER" in group "registered users"

but still the same error:
