Hi everyone.

I administrate and participate in a couple of forums which reflect my own sporting interests (golf and scuba diving respectively): www.rockgolfer.com and www.congeralley.com.

Conger Alley has been online since March 2006 and Rockgolfer since August 2006.

I have the usual range of basic stuff installed on both (vba, blog, links, chat, etc). I'd like to do something new. But I'm not sure what that should be. Maybe I should extend the profile functionality by adding zoints? Maybe something else.

If Rockgolfer was your forum, what would be the one thing you would add at this point which would give the max increase in user pleasure?

MAny thanks for any ideas!

maybe you can offer VIP access to forums not site related. This way you can make some money if you want and offer something new. I'm not really sure what would be good on that kind of site for VIP members though.

I have discussed that with my mod team and we agree that we're not really big enough yet to carry off such a move.
What we want to do is add stuff which will increasingly set us apart and attract new members and increase use by existing members.
We've been serving the same relatively small clique of people almost since the outset. I want to keep those people happy but also attract more new members.
