"Who's Online" box

On my forum http://www.zeldagamers.com the "Who's Online" box doesn't show for guests. Why is this and how do I enable it?

Admin CP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Unregistered / Not Logged In (id: 1)...Who's Online Permissions...
