Notifications Stop Working???

I am running RC2 and I notice that after installing it works fine for a few days, then notifications on everything stop going to people. Anyone have any suggestions for this?

What do you mean 'they stop going to people'? You are talking about the message at the top of the forum, right? The way you wrote it, it was like you were talking about an email. What settings are you using for a message? And how long does it last? Two days? Two sessions? And does this happen with every usergroup or just one?
