Hi
I would like to know how to do to make a user go back in his original usergroup, after his subscription ends?
i tested my subscription, with a fake member. The procesus happens well, the user goes from registered users to "premium member" but i set the paid subscription to 1 day to test, and it's over today, BUT the user is still in premium member instead of going back in "registered users"....
Thx

Instead of making the subscription change the primary usergroup, add a secondary usergroup, I find that it makes more sense. Also, once the subscription expires, you will need to wait until the next scheduled task runs for users to be put back.

i tried what you said with a new test member. The member goes in the good usergroup, but once the subscription ends, it doesn't go back in his primary usergroup...and it doesn"t seem to be a story of scheduled task, i ran it for the subscriptions :(
Don't know what to do :(

I have done the secondary usergroup and I have found that once a subscription ends the member can still view the private forum but he can only see threads up to the date that his subscription ended. He can't see newer threads created after his subscription ended.
Is there a way to get them go back so that the private forum is not visible after the subscription ends?
