All-right i installed VB 3.7 C2 and i tried to install the CMSP or something like that (the Portal) and i screw my self by not really paying attention and just clicking. So i rest the file paths for ALL my images. When i deleted all the files in FTP and re uploaded 3.6.9 it says i have to upgrade! I though i deleted it all? please help! It cant run the installer script for a FRESH install.
EDIT:
I want to install 3.6.9 as the 3.7 was only to see whats up with it.

You can't downgrade, which is why you have to upgrade. The only way to downgrade is by restoring a database backup.

If it says you are running 3.7, then you cannot downgrade to 3.6.9, unless of course you restore a backup.
