How can I make members avatars appear in Threads and Posts

I would like to know if anyone can help me set up the members avatars to appear on Posts and threads.

It's an option in their User CP. To make it so it is the default for new users, go to Admin CP > vbulletin options > User Registration Options > Default Registration Options and put a check mark next to display avatars. And, also go to vboptions > User Picture Options > Avatars Enabled . And, to make sure they are allowed to upload them, Usergroup > Usergroup Manager > edit the usergroup > Picture Uploading Permissions > Can Upload Custom Avatars (and a few other options underneath that)
