There are many things you could do:
- install something like vbadvanced to be your home page
- make a new index.php page and place it in your root
- use htaccess to direct everyone who goes to index.php to end up at /forums/index.php

There is this article about creating other pages here: How to create your own vBulletin-powered page! (uses vB templates) (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=62164) For the template part, you may put whatever you want. I put notices to my users on my entry page.

No that is not what you do Lynne. He has all his files into a folder named " forum " which creates a directory such as yoursite.com/forum. He wants the forum to show when he goes to yoursite.com. This is a very easy change. All you need to do is upload the folder " forum to your desktop " then open it and upload all the files in it back onto your host. Remember do not put it into a folder named " forum ". Just put all the files and folder in the folder named " forum " into your host.
