I'm downloading my database..before i update..lol my data base is 1133.9 mb! wow..lol

Well, I'd upgrade, yes. It only has bug fixes, so you're better off upgrading.

did you edit or delete your original config.php file

All you should have to do, is upload all the new 3.6.9 files over writting your old files. Then run /install/upgrade.php and keep hitting the next button.

If you did that, you probably need to take the next step and contact your hosting provider, and see if they can make sure that mysql is running for you.

You may also want to make another backup of your DB before upgrading incase MYSQL crashed half way thru that backup for whatever reason.

mySQL has crashed, it's not running or it can't find the socket. You need to contact your host.

Also check that the info in your config.php file is correct.

FIXED!! My good friend from the webhosting company fixed it for me.

That means exactly what it says:

MySQL Error : Table '******.datastore' doesn't exist

You're missing the datastore table. I suggest restoring a backup, then retry the upgrade process.

Probably help correct the config.php file.
