How to update database config after site move?

I have just changed hosts and I am trying to work out how to update the database config.
Currently I receive a database error for the site and the host said I need to update these settings with the info they supplied me.

But I have no idea how to do it and cant find any information on how to.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction or let me know how to do it?
