try to increase your traffic, and converting your welcome header into a spiffier image may help some as well

I'm personally rather turned off by any site that forces me to click on a logo or whatever just to get into the site. If I go to a home page, I want to be presented with info about the site and its subject matter. I don't want to have to click yet another link just to get to what I'm looking for.

i like it :)

the colors are attractive, the red a little hard to read but anybody interesited in the content would deal with that.

you might concider getting rid of the top 15 stats, or at least turning it off for guests. its showing that a whole day went by without a post, and that one person is posting about fifty percent of the content. imo, that would be a reason for me to look for a different forum. couple that with the "0 members - 30 guests - 5 bots" at 11 in the morning, and it might be somthing you want to hide until the board has been established.

one usergroup for members is kinda swamped by all the administrative usergroups. doesnt give much incintive for the newbie to move up through the ranks, unless (im guessing) they pay for a "vip" membership.

ohh ... and dream has a cool spider list that you can use to identify more of those 255 guests that have visited in the past 24 hours. hers the link if your interested. :) Dream's Spider List (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=257805)

im not into advertisments, but the one you have looks kinda cool. id deal with it until i decided to register. thats on your upscale skin that i assume is default. the adds on your aqua skin are a major turn off ... but thats just me. im definatly not a professional or a develeper or designer ... just a boardie. ;)

i was tempted to post in your guest forum.

looks like you just have to build your memberbase. good luck to you :)
