birthday changes

How can i make my users change their birthdate?
as not all of the users put their real date in the registration
is there a way to make it changeable?

They should be able to change it under User CP > Edit Profile

I found this thread, Birthday changes (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=255972&highlight=birthday), which says this at the bottom:
AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Profile Options > Require Date of Birth

If this is set to YES then the date of birth must be supplied at registration and cannot be subsequently edited by users. If it is set to NO then the user can edit their date of birth and it is not required to register on your forum.

We have transfered existing users into vBulletin. The birth dates deflated and I would like users to edit them. I do not want to switch off the forced birth date at registration. How do I do this??
