vps issue

i buds, I have a problem with my Vb forum, i've changed the site to a Vps server due to the growing speed of the site, but i cant find where to increase the size for the attachment files because i cant upload more than 2 mb, any ideas where to make this tweak??

your php.ini file if you are talking about the limit set by the server.
