First have you checked that the image is uploaded and the file extension is correct?

No, I haven't checked that yet. I uploaded my temps to: forum/tempname
Is that correct?

If that was the case, my default template would work.
The quick reply button is there. I click on the button and it doesn't nothing.

Erm all I can think of is the templates are not correct but other thing you can try is enabling the option via global setting.
admin cp - vbulletin options - message posting and editing options - quick reply - enable
That don't work ask again please (because it must be the templates then)

Yea, I have checked that many times. "Its enabled"
It can't be the template. If it was the template the default vb template would work correctly. Right?

What do you mean creating a new skin? The default skin vb provided should work. ???

Yes, i am completely sure. Here is what I did. I reinstalled Vb (3.7) Completely new install. Next, I uploaded both templates I had. After that I tried posting and nothing. I can post but can't quick reply...
No code was edited.
I can't even quick reply in the template Vbulletin provided with 3.7

When I uploaded both templates for 3.7. I had to ignore template version because the two templates I had were for 3.68. Still, I went back to the default template vb provided...and it STILL didn't work. So I don't know... "Mind Boggiling" =(
Could that of changed my default template???

umm all I can suggest is reverting all templates - If you have already done that then re uploading the image and make sure it has the correct file extension - Since the image takes you nowhere - It must be the templates but you say it ain't so I ain't really sure maybe someone more experienced will help :)
Sorry

Well the good news is that it *does* work. It's just that you need to first click the Reply button on the post and then click in the Quick Reply area yourself. Normally, clicking on the Reply button will automatically put the cursor into the Quick Reply area. I noticed you have a ton of added javascript and I am suspecting that it is causing the problem. Is the javascript added by a plugin? Try disabling the plugins and seeing if your problem is fixed.
edit: Wrong. I just thought it worked cuz it allowed me to type in the box. I do suspect a javascript problem here.

I don't know, but maybe. I have never had a problem like this. I have added 0 javascript. I just installed this template yesterday around this time and haven't added anything besides the new templates. If it is still javascript how do I fix it?
Edit: I am also having troubles creating threads. Its giving me an error that I am not typing anything in the thread. It says this: "1. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 1 characters."

I am only running 3.7 beta 2 on my test site and a lot of the javascript you have on your page is not on mine. Create a new skin with no parent. This will create a totally default vbulletin skin. Then click on it to view your forum with that skin. Then see if this problem still persists.
If it is gone, then it is your style. If it's still a problem, then try disabling your modifications one-by-one and seeing if the problem goes away. If it does, then it is a modification.
As for the other error... I have seen it mentioned over on vbulletin.com - try doing a search over there. I can't remember if they figured out if it was caused from a hack or not, but I think so.
