[SEARCH] users can moderate and hide posts hack

Aaaaarrgggg, I know it exists but I can't find it.

Users can rate postst with a min or a plus and so posts can be auto hidden after a certain threshold. There was a hack by Tim but I mean the new hack which I know exists but I can find.
