I'm looking for a method to embed local flash videos into posts. The problem I'm running into is the flash videos are on the same server as the forum so there's no YouTube videos to use. I found the following mod and it allows me to embed the video, but it doesn't give me any way to stop, play, ff, rr, etc.

I have a freeware program that will convert a video to flash along with the proper menu. It gives me the html code that shows the actual video and the small file that displays the menu. But I have no way to (safely) embed this information into the posts.
