List friend user ids / new tab in profile

Hi, I have a couple of quick questions.

Are there php functions built in to VB I can call to:


List all of a users friends
List all of the social groups a user is in
List all of the people within a social group


Also I love the new user profile tab system in 3.7, does anybody know what needs to be edited to add new tabs and the content within them?
