I am looking for the mod that vb.org uses where people download modifications, mark as installed, nominate as mod of month etc

I know this is not just for vb.org as thevbgeek.com use it as well.

What is it and where can I find it?

I have seen the ZH hack system, but that is all postbit.

Is there a postbit legacy one? Like vb.org AND thevbgeeks.com

Possibly you are taking that term "warez" out of content. Although warez basicallt means hack, it doesn't mean "Bad" hack. There are alot of positive, innovative and good warez or hacks out there... in fact most programming schemes in linux are hacks or warez. I noticed alot of people see or hear the term warez, and they immediately think bad, or software thieves... not true.
