Add Text to Lift Ban After...List [SOLVED]

Hi All

I'm wanting to add the text "SEE YOUR LAST THREAD FOR INSTRUCTIONS" to the Lift Ban After... drop-down list in the Admin Control Panel under Users>Ban.

I'm pretty sure it involves code modification, but not sure what and where? Thanks :)

1) Add a New Phrase with the needed text. I.e: see_last_thread

2) Add new phrase to modcp>banning.php. I.e;
