Able To Hide Posts Til A Certain Date?

Is there a hack or a way of starting a thread where members post in.

But then their posts in that particular thread are not visible to others until say a certain date?

The only posts people can see until that date is the very first post?

The only possible solution I can think of is to have posts moderated.
