I want change arrangement threads and subforums.
Subforums must be under threads. Below screen:

Which template and how edit?

From the looks of your screen shot, you appear to be posting in the main sub forum parent ie...

Typically i dont allow posting in them.

You can will have to modify the forumdisplay template to change the position of what you want.

I want to move "subforums table" to down AND "threads section-table" to up. I want turn round arrangement.
