Duplicate post issue

Hi,

Suddenly, whenever a reply is made on my forums this message appears;

This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes. You will be redirected to that thread.

However, it isnt a duplicate and the reply is posted fine - however it is a tad confusing for members.

Any solutions?

You said it just 'suddenly' appeared, but did you install any modifications around that time? Change any styles?

Only change I made was to change the human verification, no mods installed at all for several weeks and the problem has only occured today.

Must also add that it only happens when using a quick reply.
