Problem with Index.php

Can anyone help with this problem. When I click on my Forum Logo to go back to the home page, the page doesn't load and the URL is something like the one below. Can anyone help why is this happening. This happens on all the Links on my forum pointing to my Forum Home

Thats because the the link is <a href="http://mysite.com/forums/index.php/index.php">

Change the link to your homepage url will correct this.

Can you tell me where do I change this? Should I edit all the individual links?

Check the URLs you have set in vBulletin Options > Site URL Settings. Especially pay attention to the descriptions.
