Message to Premium Members

So I have a "Gold Members" premium membership service for regular members who want more features.

Is it possible for my forum to send an AutoPM to users who join this group after they pay...etc?

I am pretty sure your ACP has the option for you to add a username from which those PMs will come from. So check in your ACP in vB options
