I can not find this file in my dir. Also I can not do the install, because when I do I get the message

You should not use this Installer-Script, just import the Product-XML-File in the Product/PlugIn-System of vBulletin.

Installation cancelled.

I assume you are using vbulletin 3.5/3.6 or 3.7 - follow the instruction for that installation and not 3.0.x ;)
