Shared Forum across multiple sites?

I run multiple VB forum sites and have a need to share a forum across Multiple sites - an rea of common interest among the multiple sites.

Is anything like this planned?

The easiest way (IMO) would be to run a query to update all the threads/posts tables, when something changes in one.
