Ok, I'm not sure if it's ok to post this topic here, if not please move it.

So anyways. Currently I was running a vBulletin 3.6.5 nulled version. Then I bought a license and downloaded vBulletin 3.6.8 patch 2. I tried upgrading to it from the 3.6.5 nulled version. Overwriting the files was successful. However when I go to www.myforum.com/forumdirectory/install/upgrade.php it gives me this internal error page. Any idea why this is?

Talk with your host, this is a server error

This is most likely a server error as Loco.M has posted. You should contact your host.

PS - I have removed links so that if anyone stumbles upon it after you fix the issue, they won't be able to snoop around your /install/ directory. I have also added the error message.

alright I'll contact my host. Also when I overwrited some of the files. Several problems started occurring. Mainly admincp related things. Would completing the upgrade fix this or is it lost forever?

What problems / errors have you been getting?

mainly database problems. The statistics page, if you click on the latest registered user it gives you a database issue. And there's some more. In profile manager it gives me a database problem and more stuff on the, members who visited today module.

More than likely, some new tables / table changes were made since 3.6.5 and 3.6.8 PL 2. So yes, these will most likely be corrected by upgrading your forum from 3.6.5 to 3.6.8 PL 2. :D Hopefully you will get this problem solved soon. Just come back if you need more help. :)

he should move over to 3.6.8 PL2 first since it's within the 3.6 series...just be safe...then he can upgrade to 3.7 if he wishes.
