How to send a few emails at a time..

I tried that vbulletin mod but i dont understand how to set it up..

One time before when i sent out a mass email, it would send a few out then stop and allowed me to click "next" and then it would send some more.. the problem is i dont remember how i did that, so i would appreciate some help, or a easier way to send out about 20,000 emails.

I do that and it sends it continuously..
